Gear Reviews

I'm a pretty simple runner.  I don't use (or want to use) a GPS watch or a heart rate monitor.  But, I still appreciate good gear, so, from time to time, I'll review a new piece of gear that I got.  Here's a quick reference to my gear reviews.

Nike+iPod  A handy gizmo if you enjoy listening to music while running.  I don't, so I don't use this anymore

Yaktrax  Essential for winter running

RoadID  Essential for ALL running.  If you run, bike, walk, hike, snowshoe, ski, etc., and you don't have this, GET ONE!
